The Chaos City Entertainment District is a vast district filled with places to spend your hard earned cash for a good time. Visit the Chaos Club the city's hottest nightclub for a good stiff drink, or make your way to the Chaos Casino to bet some of that cash. Interested in other desires make a stop by the cities brothel. Or spend a night in the glorious and plush Black Lodge, Chaos City's number one hotel. But the main call of the districts is the worlds largest arena located in the heart of the Entertainment District the Chaos City Arena. This is a must for those coming to Chaos City to visit.

Insanity Level 2 - Effecting slightly stronger willed characters, the whispering becomes louder, and with more voices, but it's still illegible. More likely to act out of character, and emotions like rage or depression are slightly increased. 25% of the population become violent and crazy.

Chaos City's Historic District is the oldest part of town where all of the government buildings are located. Its also main staging point for the army and a large portion of the district is an army base.

The Economic District offers a wide variety of wares for those that can afford it. Many people have come to the city with the intent of opening a shop, indeed with the cost of rent, it seems almost anyone can open a shop. At the very heart of this district is the Chaos Tower and it's shorter sister building, Black Corp. although both building's upper levels have recently gone under construction.

Insanity Level 3 - Effecting a more average willed character, there are many more voices in your head, and every so often one actually creates a legible phrase, although most are just nonsense words strung together. Emotions are increased, and paranoia is constantly present. Any mental enchantment applied to the character is doubled in power. 50% of the population have now gone insane.

The residential district is split into three different areas based on the property value. The smallest, the high class housing is very clean, however as it drops to middle class and slums, it gets dirtier and the police care less and less.

Insanity Level 1 - Barely touched unless extremely weak willed, this is where insanity begins, small whisperings and perhaps some minor out of character moments appear, but not much. Also, the character is more susceptible to mental enchantments. 10% of the population is crazy and willing to attack people.

Where many of the pre-Merge bodies were dumped and the homeless who did not make the journey to the Tent City fight desperately cling on to the life they so desire, dreaming of a better future in a world of darkness. This is also where the worst of the worst hide from the Chaos City law.

One of the weirdest mysteries of Chaos City, this highway stretches five miles out of town before ending abruptly with a twenty foot drop off. Recently people have built a set of stairs, connecting it to the dirt path leading towards other towns. This highway is interesting, since it is the actual border of the districts. It runs horizonal and vertical, crossing over itself, leading exactly five miles out of town on all sides before vanishing to the dirt trail.
